CD Projekt RED CEO'su Adam Kiciński oyunun yeni nesil konsollar için çıkış yapma ihtimalinin olduğunu belirtmiş.

“Technology-wise, Cyberpunk is very advanced. Our technology is ready to interface with future generations,” said Kiciński. When pressed on whether that could mean PS5 or Xbox Scarlett versions of Cyberpunk 2077, he said "Yes, absolutely. We already have such a plan. We've already said publicly that our technology was developed thinking about new generations. Well, the generation hasn't been announced yet, but the RED engine has been developed from scratch to make sure that it crosses from generation to generation.
