Europa Universalis IV geliştirici günlüklerinde bu hafta oyunda yapılacak bazı büyük çaptaki mekanik değişiklikleri özetleniyor.

Bugün sizlere Dharma'daki mekanik değişikliklerinden bahsedeceğim, işin doğrusu bu mekaniklerin birçoğunu daha önceleri tanıttık dolayısıyla günlükleri takip ettiyseniz bu günlükte çok az yeni bilgi alacaksınız, ancak bu günlük genel anlamıyla tam takip edememişler için bir mekanik değişiklikleri özeti görevi görecek.
Hükümet Değişiklikleri
Dharma eklentisine sahip olmamanız durumunda oyundaki hükümet sistemi 1.25 England yamasındaki gibi çalışacak, ancak Dharma eklentisine sahipseniz her şey değişiyor. Oyuna başladığınızda bir reform geçirilmiş olacak, bu reform sizin ülkenizin ana yapısını belirliyor ve oynadığınız ülkeye has genel mekaniklerin açılmasını sağlıyor, örneğin İngiltere için Parlamenti açan İngiliz Monarşisi mekanikleri, Papalık için Papalık özelliği vesaire.
Oyun ilerledikçe bir reform puanı biriktirmeye başlayacaksınız, bu puan topraklarınızın otonomi seviyesine göre belirlenecek ve en fazla ayda 1 puan artabilecek. Bu puanları kullanarak ekstra reformlar geçirebilecek, bonuslar edinebilecek, estateleri etkileyebilecek ve yeni mekanikler açabileceksiniz. Her reformun puanı geçirdiğiniz önceki reformların sayısına göre artış gösterecek. Aynı alanda bir reforma sahipken bir başka reforma geçiş yapmanız oyunda 10 yozlaşma puanı edinmenize sebep olacak.
Hükümet reformlarını tamamlamanız durumunda komple yönetim biçiminizi değiştirebiliyorsunuz, cumhuriyet, teokrasi ve monarşi arasında reform yoluyla geçiş yapabiliyorsunuz. Bu durum Tribal ülkelere bu yönetim biçimlerinden geçebilme fırsatı sunmasının yanı sıra, Horda olabilmelerini de sağlıyor.
Esasen tüm reformları burada paylaşmayı planlıyordum ancak dün yayınladığımız Dharma PDF kitapçığında bu reformlara dair bilgiler verilmiş.
Mihraklar (Estates)
Daha önce de belirttiğimiz gibi önümüzdeki yamayla birlikte Estate mekaniği ana oyuna eklenecek ve eklentiniz olmasa bile bu mekanikleri kullanabileceksiniz. Bunların yanı sıra artık estatelerin herhangi bir toprak talebi olmayacak ve nüfuzları %100'e ulaştığında bir disasterın gerisayım yapmasına sebep olacaklar. Bu değişikliklerden daha önce de bahsetmiştik ancak tekrarlamak gerekirse:Dharma eklentisine sahip olanlar ise Hindistan'daki oyunlarında yeni estatelerle karşılacaklar: Marathalar, Rajputlar, Brahminler, Vaishyalar ve Jainler.
- Estate'lerden toprak almak bölgede 15 yıllığına +5 huzursuzluğa sebep oluyor, eğer o toprağı bir başka estate'e verirseniz bu etken yokoluyor.
- Estate'lerden toprak almak bölgede 25 otonomi artışına sebep oluyor.
- Estate etkileşimleri yoluyla edinilen danışmanların maliyeti estate nüfuzuna göre değişiklik gösteriyor.
- Eventler yoluyla edinilen estate nüfuz kazanımı arttırıldı.
- Cossack Estate'leri artık verilen bölgelerin geliştirilmesinden 2 kat daha fazla nüfuz kazanıyor.
- Estate topraklarının geliştirilmesiyle kazanılabilecek maksimum nüfuz artık %40 yerine %50.
Politikalar (Policies)
1.26 yamasıyla birlikte oyundaki politika sisteminde değişiklikler söz konusu. Halen bir politika seçebilmeniz için 2 idea grup tamamlamış olmanız gerekiyor, ancak 5 politika limiti yerine her türden (ADM/DIP/MIL) sadece 3 olmak üzere toplamda 9 politikaya sahip olabiliyorsunuz. Buna ek olarak her alanda aldığınız ilk politika monark puanına malolmuyor. Bu değişiklikleri yansıtmak için yaptığımız bazı arayüz geliştirmeleri de sözkonusu, bunlarla birlikte politikaların verdikleri bonuslarda ufak denge değişiklikleri yapmış bulunmaktayız.
