Thank you for taking the time to contact us! I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the price change and I fully understand you find this frustrating. However we won't be revising the price change we made and we have no intention of rolling it back.

We've not adjusted our prices for several years and this is why we decided to do it now. It's something all publishers do as the economics of the world change often and this means that sometimes we need to follow suite with our pricing.
